Who is responsible

The controller of personal data on deadlockpro.gg is Paragon Entertainment Limited, England and Wales, company no. 15671572, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom. Privacy requests: contact@deadlockpro.gg.

What data we process

The site has no accounts, forms, comments or mailing list and runs no advertising. We do not ask for your name or email.

We measure how the site is used with PostHog, hosted in the EU. While you browse, your browser sends PostHog anonymous usage events: the pages you open, clicks on links and buttons, the referring page, screen size, browser and device type. PostHog receives your IP address with these requests and processes it under its terms, for example to estimate an approximate location. We do not use analytics to identify you, and nothing is stored on your device, so each visit is counted on its own.

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data with the request: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the referring page and the browser user agent. Our hosting provider records it in server logs.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage or similar identifiers, so there is no cookie banner. Our analytics keeps its data only in the memory of the open page. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set and update this policy.

Purposes and legal basis

Server logs are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix errors. Emails are used to answer you. Analytics shows which pages are useful so we can improve the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site, understanding anonymous site usage and answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR).

How long we keep data

Server logs are processed in the United States by our hosting provider Railway under its terms and kept for up to 90 days. PostHog keeps analytics events according to the retention period of our PostHog plan. We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request.

Service providers

• Railway Corporation (USA): hosting. Server logs are processed in the United States.
• Porkbun (USA): email forwarding. Messages to contact@deadlockpro.gg are forwarded to our mailbox at Google Workspace (Google).
• Supabase: database with the site's content, hosted in the EU (Ireland). It holds no visitor data.
• PostHog (EU Cloud, Germany): cookie-free page analytics. It receives your IP address and the usage events described above.
• deadlock-api.com: hero and rank images load from its server. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser user agent when an image is requested. It sets no cookies.

Fonts are served from our own domain.

Transfers outside the UK and EEA

Server logs are processed in the United States by our hosting provider Railway under its terms. Emails are forwarded through Porkbun in the United States. Analytics data is stored in PostHog's EU Cloud; PostHog is a US company and handles it under its data processing terms.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To stop analytics on your side, block eu.i.posthog.com with your browser or a content blocker. Write to contact@deadlockpro.gg and include the IP address and approximate time of your visit so we can find the log entries. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or to the data protection authority of your EU country.

If the site starts processing other data, we will update this page first. The date at the top shows the current version.
